THE CHALLENGE
The challenge is to create a bespoke, multisensory dining experience capable of celebrating Stella Artois’ 600 years of brewing expertise, while embodying culinary innovation and the power to amaze the senses.
The goal is to design an immersive and emotional concept where gastronomy, technology, performance, and beer come together to blur perceptions, awaken the senses, and leave a lasting impression, true to the DNA of a premium beer brand.
THE SOLUTION
The proposed solution is LE SAVOIR, a multisensory gastronomic experience created by Cirque du Soleil in collaboration with Stella Artois and the sensory experts and chefs Bompas & Parr. Presented in Montreal, New York, and Buenos Aires, the experience invites guests on a two-hour immersive journey combining scenography, artistic performances, technology, and tasting rituals.


Each dish is paired with a specific Stella Artois beer and presented within distinct sensory environments (a cold chamber, a hop forest, an edible cave) engaging sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell, and showcasing Cirque du Soleil’s ability to transform a brand universe into a truly immersive and memorable experience.
